Our national network of service people and huge supply of backup parts will allow you peace of mind with your purchase knowing you’re linked up with one of the finest support service groups in the industry.
We have several different sample layouts to help you determine your floor plan needs. Once we determine your menu and floor plan requirements, we will then customize an equipment package to fit your specific business needs. Our assistance is included with your purchase. We also include our “We Come to You” Training, Operations & Secret Recipe Manuals and 1 year of ongoing support. We have a training facility available for pre-schooling you with your ice-cream/frozen custard and/or coffee business. We are also capable of handling modular and strip center construction.
In our 22 years experience, we have developed a great reputation for freshly made premium ice-cream/frozen custard in the Chicago land area and around the country. Our Frozen Custard dairy recipe has won many unsolicited national awards for excellence including several Best of Chicago awards, Best of the Fox awards and The Best Ice-Cream and Frozen Desserts awards by the national publication Where the Locals Eat. Our award winning recipe dates back to the early 1920's when frozen custard was served on Coney Island, NY. It comes out of our specially designed machines in a dense, silky texture with an unforgettable taste. It is then scooped and made into sundaes, shakes & cones (all recipes are included in our Secret Recipe Manual). Our premium, UL APPROVED ice-cream/frozen custard machines are manufactured in Wisconsin and shipped all around the world.
We also are developing a new gourmet dessert concept called “Julie Ann’s Gourmet Dessert Shops” featuring freshly made Gourmet Ice-Cream/Frozen Custard, Coffee, Cakes & Gourmet Chocolates. Our stores would be a licensing concept. We do not charge any Royalty or Franchise Fee’s but instead make a slight mark up on the supplies you order through us. Plus we handle the entire project including construction to simplify your involvement.
We would put together your high end (Starbucks look) store in a strip center or free standing building. We would give you all the support services of a franchise without all the fees and restrictions. All we ask is that you use our dairy, equipment and other suppliers. This will enable us to insure quality in building our brand name and distribution system nationally.
Our 22 years of experience in the premium ice-cream/frozen custard business and 30 years marketing experience will save you time & make you money. The length of training time is about one week (40 Hours) and includes our “We Come to You” training of your entire staff. Our competitors do not do this. We provide you with a 350 page “Operations Manual” and Recipe Manual during your training. This manual will assist you with every aspect of training employees and running your business including all recipe information.
